Information we collect
- Account details you provide: your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Paystack / M-Pesa). We receive a confirmation and reference; we do not store your full card or M-Pesa PIN.
- Usage data: pages viewed, tips saved, and basic device/analytics information to improve the service.
- Purchase attribution: the first landing page and campaign parameters associated with a checkout. We store one immutable first-touch record per payment reference, plus one-way hashes of IP address and browser signature for fraud prevention and measurement; we do not expose these values publicly.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and VIP subscription.
- To deliver football predictions and tips to you by WhatsApp and email, according to your notification preferences.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To measure which landing pages and campaigns lead to completed purchases without relying only on browser cookies.
- To respond to your enquiries and improve our predictions and website.
WhatsApp messaging
If you opt in, we send tips and account messages to your WhatsApp number using the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, and you can update your notification preferences in your dashboard.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Paystack), messaging platform (WhatsApp/Meta), email and analytics providers, and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
