Last updated: July 2026. Welcome to AfriPredictions. By accessing or using our website, WhatsApp and email services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use AfriPredictions.

1. What we provide

AfriPredictions is a football prediction and information service. We publish data-driven forecasts, tips, statistics and jackpot selections for football matches. We are not a bookmaker and we do not accept, place or handle bets. We do not hold your stake or pay out winnings. Any wager you choose to place is made entirely with a third-party betting operator of your own choosing, under their terms — not ours.

2. Predictions are opinions, not guarantees

Every prediction we publish is an informed opinion based on statistical models, form analysis and editorial judgement. Football is unpredictable by nature. We do not and cannot guarantee that any prediction will be correct, that any tip will win, or that you will make a profit. Past performance and any published track record are for information only and are not a promise of future results. No one can predict football with certainty, and anyone who promises guaranteed wins is not being honest.

3. Your decisions are your own

How you use our predictions is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility. You alone decide whether to bet, how much to stake, and with which operator. You should always do your own research and never stake money you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriPredictions accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, debt or other consequence — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of, or reliance on, our predictions, tips, statistics or any content on the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly, set limits, and only stake what you can comfortably afford to lose. Betting is for adults (18+) only. If gambling stops being fun or you feel it is becoming a problem, please seek help from a support service in your country and consider self-exclusion tools offered by operators. 5. VIP subscriptions & payments

• VIP membership unlocks premium picks, full match analysis and jackpot selections, delivered on the website, by WhatsApp and by email.
• Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are billed via our payment partners (Paystack, M-Pesa). Access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Because VIP content is delivered digitally and immediately, fees already paid for a subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can choose not to renew at any time.
• We may change plans, prices or features; changes apply going forward and never to a period you have already paid for.

6. WhatsApp & email communications

If you provide your phone/WhatsApp number and email and opt in, you consent to receive predictions, alerts and account messages from us on those channels. WhatsApp requires you to message us first before we can send you tips — this is why we ask you to tap "Activate WhatsApp" after signing up. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or updating your notification preferences in your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape or republish our predictions or premium content without written permission, and not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it. VIP access is for your personal use only.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — predictions, text, branding, graphics and code — belongs to AfriPredictions or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites (including betting operators). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and that third party.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriPredictions, its owners, staff and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage (including lost bets, lost money or lost opportunity) arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11. Legal compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that using our Service and any betting you do is legal in your country or region. Betting laws differ by jurisdiction; where it is restricted or illegal, you must not use the Service to inform gambling activity.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
